1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use Truth or Dare Edition (the “App”), for what purposes, and how you can exercise your rights.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is designed for entertainment among friends. We do not create a user account for you and do not operate our own profile backend to store your identity in the cloud as part of normal gameplay.
2. Who we are

3. Information you enter in the App
As part of gameplay, you may enter and store locally on your device:
- Player display names or labels that you type for the game;
- Selected gender for a player (for example, to tailor prompts according to rules you choose);
- Custom questions you create;
- Interface preferences such as language.
This information is not sent to our servers as part of the App’s normal operation. You can edit or remove it in the App, or clear App data via your device settings.
4. In-app purchases
Purchases and restores are handled by Apple App Store (StoreKit) on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android.
We do not receive or store full card numbers, CVV, or similar payment details. Apple and Google process payments under their own terms and privacy policies.
We may receive purchase / entitlement status needed to unlock paid features (for example, modes, passes, or removing ads).
5. Advertising (Unity Ads)
If you have not unlocked an offering that disables ads, the App may show ads using the Unity Ads SDK.
In connection with serving ads, Unity and its partners may process, among other things:
- Advertising identifiers where permitted by your platform settings and consent choices;
- Technical data (device model, OS version, language, app identifier);
- Network data including IP address (for coarse region and fraud prevention);
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) for delivery and reporting.

6. Analytics (Firebase)
To understand how the App is used and improve gameplay and monetization, we use Google Firebase Analytics.
Google may process usage events (for example, starting a session, opening the paywall, purchase funnel steps), technical data (device model, OS, language, app version), and an app-instance identifier assigned by Firebase.
We do not use Firebase Analytics to collect the player names you type, photos, microphone audio, or precise location.

7. Permissions and consent
On iOS, the App may show the system App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, advertising may be limited to non-personalized formats according to platform and SDK rules.
On Android and in applicable regions, consent or privacy options provided by the ad SDK / platform may also apply.
8. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your player names or share them with advertisers as a contact list.
Third parties may process data when:
- Apple or Google handle payments and purchase verification;
- Unity serves ads and related reporting;
- Google Firebase processes analytics;
- Required by law, court order, or a competent authority.
9. Storage and retention
- Game input and preferences stay on your device until you change them or delete the App / App data.
- Ads, purchases, and analytics are retained by Apple, Google, and Unity under their respective policies.
10. Security
We use standard measures appropriate for mobile apps, including official SDKs and platform APIs. No software can guarantee absolute security; we aim to reduce risks within our reasonable control.
11. Children
Depending on modes and question packs, the App may include adult-oriented content. It is not directed to children below the age required by your local law for such content. Parents and guardians should supervise minors’ use.
12. Your rights
Depending on your country, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Because much data is stored locally, you can delete or change it in the App or device settings. For data processed by Apple, Google, or Unity, use their tools and policies.

13. International transfers
Using Apple, Google, and Unity services may involve processing in multiple jurisdictions according to their documentation and standard contractual terms.
14. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is published at https://truthordare.store/privacy/en/. Where required by law, we will notify you of material changes (for example via the App or store update notes).
